It may take a little while, I tend to get very inspired to work on one of my current 99 attempts whenever I work on this. Like many other threads, I'll be moving over the main post first and then making a second pass to clean things up. I'll start right of with Strijdje's Wind_Whisperer in this post so that if its kept clean, the post number will match the char's number on the 99 list. I'll be reposting the 99ers in this thread, 1 per post.
First, this thread is not meant for comments, its purely an archive of those characters, and the players, that have reached 99 in the 1.1x patches. This intro will be a bit haphazard for the moment, I will clean it up later.
